Job Description
- Lead cross-functional teams (web/mobile developers, designers) to deliver client-focused features on time and within scope.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align deliverables with client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Balance project management (timelines, budgets) with product management (strategy, backlog grooming).
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in **project management**, with exposure to **product management** (e.g., roadmapping, stakeholder alignment).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like **Jira, Trello, or Asana**.
- Proven track record managing technical teams (web/mobile development).
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Technical aptitude to understand development workflows and constraints.
