Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Break down project requirements into manageable tasks and assign them to the appropriate team members.
-Track progress and maintain team boards (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp) to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
-Identify and remove impediments to team productivity.
-Conduct project analysis, monitor metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts), and generate reports to improve efficiency.
-Promote Agile principles and support team adoption of Agile best practices.
-Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Job Requirements
-Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ClickUp).
-Ability to conduct basic project analysis and interpret Agile metrics.
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and servant-leader mindset.
-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
-Proven experience in writing detailed user stories and functional requirements.
-Strong organizational and task management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
