Job Description

Role Description:

Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organization in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team, we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery, team collaboration and overall organizational agility.

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) *
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale agile transformations
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or equivalent certification.
  • Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF-ACP) is preferred.
  •  Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence.

Specific knowledge

  • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
  • Background in software development or IT project management knowledge

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of agile transformation strategies across the enterprise.
  • Coach executives, managers, and teams on agile principles, practices, and mindset.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
  • and retrospectives
  • Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance
  • Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organization
  • Assess team and organizational agile maturity, recommending improvements ​​​​and best practices.
  • Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile.
  • practices across the whole organization.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of agile transformation initiatives.
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging agile methodologies.
