Senior ICT/ELV Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Engineer to oversee and manage all ICT systems across multiple project parcels.

In this role, you will serve as the technical lead coordinating between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, Access Control, Network, and DMS-related systems.

What this job involves

Lead the coordination, supervision, and delivery of all ICT systems implementation
Provide technical expertise and quality assurance for all ICT installations
Review and approve technical documentation including submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals
Oversee installation, programming, and testing & commissioning activities
Ensure proper integration of systems with BMS and required third-party platforms
Serve as the primary technical interface with client representatives, facility management teams, and contractors
Monitor site progress, review status reports, and manage close-out documentation
Provide critical support during Testing and Operational Commissioning (TOC), handover, and Defect Liability Period (DLP) stages

Desired skills and experiences

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ICT systems implementation and commissioning
Proven expertise with BMS, CCTV, Access Control, and network systems
Strong technical knowledge of building automation and control systems
