Central person for Hilti Emirates people initiatives/projects Coordination of meetings. Vendor Services Management (e.g. Conference venues, team bonding activities, promotional gifts, etc.) Creation of HR content and Materials in PPT/Excel Event Management General support on HR Admin topics We offer you the opportunity to be part of a creative, motivated and diverse team. It’s a great way to find the right match for your ambitions and achieve the exciting career you’re after.What you need is: Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, PPT) You have an HR and / or business background (1-2 years minimum) understanding organizational issues and challenges for driving change towards HR and business communities You bring strong project management skills with planning, organisation & prioritization capabilities, especially under pressure Your working style is proactive, and you have a “getting-things-done” approach You like simplifying information for different target audiences, making engaging presentations and communications You have strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform and influence in a matrix environment, excellent stakeholder management skills Understanding of Lean/Sigma advantageous UAE National with UAE Family Book Based in Dubai; or willing to relocate/commute to Dubai Why should you apply?Year upon year we are recognized as one of the top 'Great Place to Work' employers, both globally and locally.
