Responsible for all aspects of the corporate training policies, objectives, and initiatives. Plans & execute the training calendar as per the company strategy suggesting continuous enhancements to existing training programs. Oversees relationship with vendors to ensure appropriate training efficiencies and feedback on employees development plans.Responsibilities:Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract top-quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs.Create effective recruitment requisites including interview calls, candidate HOD coordination, JDs, competency mapping, selection processes and staffing procedures to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization.Prepare Offer letters and employment contracts coordinating authorized signatories.Design Orientation / induction programs for new entrants at all levels.Co-ordination of staff induction modules, Plan / conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Ensure application of local labor terms & conditions is equitable and legally compliant (e.g. labor laws, etc.)Ensure 100% compliance to UAE Labor Law and its ministerial orders for all staffs.Periodic checks, liaise between the company's needs and the PRO for all applications, renewals, cancellations, medicals, etchant their related re-requisites.Maintain, update and ensure efficient employee database for compiling relevant reports.Ensure accurate monthly attendance report for all employees for Salary purposes.Accurate, 100% complete and resourceful keeping of records, files & soft copies of comprehensive database on recruitments, employee records and other necessary documents.Key experiences:GraduateAt least 3 years of Experience in the same field
