E-Commerce Executive

Role PurposeWe are currently for an exciting opportunity as an E-Commerce Executive to be based in our Riyadh office. This forms an integral part of the BFL Group E-commerce team to support with matters related to vendor relationships as part of our E-commerce eco-system.Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for marketplace vendors. Foster positive relationships with vendors and address their queries. Assist in the onboarding process for new brands and products. Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to align onboarding strategies. Work closely with various departments, including buying, merchandising, and logistics, to facilitate smooth operations. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams. Maintain accurate records of orders, vendor information, and product data. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any of the stream. Additional certification or training in Vendor Management or E-Commerce Operations would be advantageous. 2 years of experience in a similar role within an E-Commerce or retail environment. Understanding of vendor management, onboarding processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive vendor relationships.
