Job Description

We have a vacancy for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our FM project team here in Doha, QatarJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Accounting or equivalent Minimum 15 years working experience in commercial contracts or holding key management position FMA experience is highly required Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities Perfect command of spoken and written English Ability to perform the Marketing aspect of the Facility Management Good presentation skills RICS, MRICS or equivalent qualified. Experience of Contract Types including FIDIC GCC experience preferred but not essential Operational sports venue experience and management of large events is preferred Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 ****Please do not apply if you do NOT meet the essential criteria for this role****KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:Head of Department and overall in charge of Contracts & ProcurementTo deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support to Mosanada FMS & customers’ business needs in a safe working environmentTo liaise with the customer’s representative regarding all matters outside of agreed delegated levels of authorityProvide commercial support for cashflow, budgeting, reporting and provision of pre-tender estimates.Procurement of all services for FM contracts including development of scope and bills of quantities.To provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with contract and works for Mosanada FMS & client guidelinesLead and overseeing the team daily commercial and activitiesInterface with CAFM for all management of work order processes and management of contractor’s commercial performanceReview of monthly SLA for all commercial elements of contractTo provide monthly KPI commercial report for all contracts based on payment mechanism for each FM service contractManage monthly Application for Payment and scheduling of monthly remuneration schedule for resourcesACCOUNTABILITIES:Management of staffs, suppliers and suppliesUpdate daily information on In-house CAFM databaseSuccessful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requestsMaintenance and update the management budget, equipment and materialsConduct regular service and systems auditGuide and upgrade commercial staff and management competencyPrepare standard service level agreementsGenerate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reportsReview work request, approval and issuing work order, ensure work on time scheduleProvide effective commercial advise and solutions to clientIntroduce continued improvement and optimization operation of commercial systemsTo assist in the Planning, coordinating and controlling all commercial activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programsAssist in the commercial execution according to the Contract DocumentsCarry out financial audit of spares in line with CAFM stockInterested candidates are required to apply thru Mosanada Careers Website and click "apply now"Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to an interview by Mosanada Senior management then if found suitable will be interviewed by Client representatives.
