Manage the marketing budget and allocate it across all verticals to support food and non-food categories growth. Define what support is needed to hit marketing and business targets. Continuously experiment with new and current marketing channels while solidifying the proven ones. Plan campaigns, ensuring all are measured and continuously optimized based on KPIs. Hire, coach, motivate, and lead the digital marketing team. Leverage marketing and product analytics to optimize campaign performance, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes. Support the marketing team in acquiring and retaining customers at an effective CPI/CAC/CPO.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Digital Marketing Department, defining and executing digital marketing strategies.Manage marketing budget allocation across verticals for food and non-food categories growth.Experiment with new and current marketing channels, optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.Plan and oversee campaigns, ensuring continuous measurement and optimization.Hire, coach, motivate, and lead the digital marketing team.Leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive decision-making.Support the marketing team in acquiring and retaining customers at an effective CPI/CAC/CPO.Do you have some of these?7+ years of performance marketing experience, with direct management of app marketing and/or paid search campaigns.Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing (web + mobile apps) is a plus.Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, bidding, targeting, and optimization capabilities.Track record of driving sales/revenue and positively impacting CAC efficiency.Well-versed in web analytics and app tracking.Experience implementing, managing, and optimizing CRM platforms; Braze experience is a plus (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot).Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams.Experience building effective campaigns in CRM tools.Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data).Comfortable with rapid testing and iterating concepts supported by user insights and data.
