Job Description
- Create intuitive, engaging user interfaces and experiences using Figma as the primary design tool
- Develop responsive design systems, component libraries, and design tokens
- Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design solutions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Maintain design documentation and specifications for development handoff
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practice
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Figma projects and technical understanding
- Experience collaborating with development teams and implementing designs at scale
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Tools & Technologies
- Primary: Figma (advanced knowledge required)
- Secondary: UI prototyping tools, user testing platforms
- Technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (working knowledge preferred)
- Additional: Design system tools, version control, project management software
- Expert proficiency with Figma (component creation, auto-layout, variables, variants, and plugins)
- Experience with Figma's advanced features (interactive components, branching, developer handoff)
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Familiarity with design system implementation and management in Figma
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and component-based design approaches
- Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement them in designs

- Previous hands-on coding experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
