Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and translate
  insights into design improvements.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define interactions and
  experiences.
• Visual Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly UI designs that align with brand
  guidelines and modern design principles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysis, developers, and other
  stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to identify pain points and optimize user experience.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across
  products.
• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are accessible and optimized for different devices
  and screen sizes.
