Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated mid-level UI/UX designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and visually engaging interfaces for modern web and mobile applications. Your role will involve transforming complex business requirements into elegant, user-centred designs, working closely with developers (especially Angular teams), product managers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a clean, modern UI for web/mobile apps, focusing on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights to improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs (particularly with Angular or component-based frameworks).
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
- Define and document UI behaviour (e.g., hover states, microinteractions, transitions).
- Balance business goals with user needs to drive product usability and adoption.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and polished UI work.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working within component-based frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas and decisions clearly.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design, grid systems, and design tokens.
Education
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
