Partner closely with culinary and event teams to confirm event details and uphold the highest standards of food presentation and service.
Lead client meetings, presenting venue features, customizing packages, and providing strategic event planning support.
Act as a customer experience champion, resolving client concerns quickly and effectively while driving continuous service improvement.
Communicate all event-related details clearly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring each function runs seamlessly from planning to execution.
Monitor guest feedback, analyze service data, and implement improvements that elevate the customer experience and increase repeat business.

Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.
Deep understanding of banquet and catering operations, including interdepartmental coordination and event lifecycle management.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
