Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales in the wooden booths, events, and exhibitions sector. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing the full sales cycle, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams across different company locations. The Sales Representative will actively use Odoo CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and communications.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new clients in the events and exhibitions sector.
Promote and sell the company’s wooden booths and event solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with different departments and employees across company locations to ensure smooth project delivery.
Record and manage all sales activities using Odoo CRM.
Ensure timely updates of opportunities, leads, and client communications in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in exhibitions, events, or furniture/wood industry).
Proficiency in Odoo CRM and ability to manage customer records digitally.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate across different company sites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driving license.
