Accounts Manager - I-GamingKey ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners in the i-Gaming industry.Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Revenue Optimization:Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and acquisition initiatives.Compliance and Regulation:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and ensure that clients are informed and compliant.Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns or changes.Financial Management:Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial reports to clients.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to internal teams and clients.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing client accounts.Customer Support:Coordinate with the customer support team to address client issues and ensure timely resolution.Provide clients with relevant information and updates on new features, promotions, and products.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in account management within the i-Gaming industry.Strong understanding of i-Gaming products, platforms, and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.About ANAX HoldingKingsmen Agency is a 360 marketing and advertising management company based in the UAE.
