Deep knowledge of the local market, including a strong network of suppliers and an understanding of regional preferences. English and Arabic language intermediate or above is a must. Strong negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to secure the best deals. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to streamline processes.
