This new role has been opened to focus on growing the new customer base in the Middle East. This is an individual contributor role. The role is for a proven business development professional, with a track record of selling B2B SaaS and/or technology solutions in a new market. This person should be goal oriented and comfortable working within a high pressure and fast paced startup environment. They should possess excellent communication skills (telephone, face-to-face), for both internal networking and client facing activities. Above all, this person should be driven for individual and collective success. Additionally, this role will also be required to be the director of the Dubai entity and will be required to interact with the regulator on a case-to-case basis. This role will be reporting to Vice President, Sales and Business Development. Responsibilities:Proactive market development through prospecting by LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emails, and other means available. Continuous new client acquisitions to achieve and exceed established sales performance targets and conduct appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations,presentations, and commercial negotiations. Represent Liminal at industry events and webinars to effectively communicate our value proposition. Effectively build, manage, and close sales pipeline whilst ensuring that all progress is recorded in the CRM. Through prospect interactions, identify market expansion opportunities, and devise potential plans and strategies to tackle the opportunities. Build strong long-term relationship with the customers through proactive account management to foster account growth. By working together with solution engineers, facilitate smooth onboarding processes. Requirements: Experience in working in a B2B environment. More than 8 years of experience in Business Development role. Proven track record of working successfully in a challenging and commercially driven sales environment. Experience and knowledge in the crypto industry is preferred but not a must. Ability to communicate fluently in English is a must, and fluency in Arabic will be strong advantageOnly the candidates with residency status in Dubai/Abu Dhabi will be considered. Strong understanding of blockchain transactions, wallets and overall cryptocurrency industry will be highly preferred.
