Job Description
As an Office 365 Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. Your primary focus will be harnessing the capabilities of Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline business processes. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll translate their needs into system configurations, ensuring seamless operations within our organization. Key Responsibilities:Microsoft 365 Management: Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).Power Automate Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows to optimize business operations.Collaboration & Customization: Customize SharePoint sites/pages and develop workflows, forms, and applications.Site Management: Create and manage SharePoint resources, ensuring efficient collaboration and document management.Integration Management: Integrate Power Automate and SharePoint with other systems for seamless data flow.User Support & Training: Provide end-user training and support to maximize Office 365 capabilities.Requirements2-3 years' experience as an Office 365 Administrator.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.Proven experience as an O365 Administrator.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365.Experience in user management and security within Office 365.Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.Proficiency in technical documentation.Strong knowledge of Office 365 configurations, customizations, and security setup.Expertise in SharePoint/Power Automate concepts and business processes.Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to Office 365.
