DepartmentMarketingLocationDubaiReports toHead of MarketingPosition OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across paid and non-paid channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in line with GMV, new user acquisition, sessions, installs, and marketing CRR% targets.ResponsibilitiesImplement full-funnel marketing campaigns, encompassing awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Retargeting Ads) to improve LTV and CAC. Develop and execute organic growth strategies (e.g., SEO, content marketing, social media marketing).Utilise A/B, MVT testing, and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns and landing pages.Utilise web and app analytics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.Oversee and grow the affiliate marketing channel across GCC – both commission-based and fixed-cost.Integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems to ensure seamless customer journey and drive user retention metrics.Collaborate with the creative team to enhance visual merchandising on website and app, aiming to optimize conversion rates.Work with the analytics team to provide key analysis, build models and analyze cross-channel attribution performance that better inform paid marketing investment decisions.Conduct and analyze market research to identify new opportunities and trends.Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Utilise cohort modeling to understand customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.Work with the Head of Marketing on revenue and marketing cost planning at annual/monthly/weekly/daily level.Requirements (Hard Skills)6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the B2B space.Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.Strong understanding of paid and non-paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing.In-depth knowledge of web and app analytics and the ability to utilise them to make data-driven decisions.Experience in planning and managing performance marketing budgets effectively.Experience with CRM systems is a plus.Advanced expertise in Excel, SQL is a strong plusRequirements (Soft Skills)Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to think outside the box and develop engaging marketing campaigns.Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.About UsEqual Opportunity EmployerPutting our people first while ensuring our culture is grounded in diversity and where integrity is pivotal, will mean we are driving individual and community excellence and ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything that we do!
