Core responsibilities: Responsible for setting the demand creation objectives and strategies.Lead the team in the process of Implementation of marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, agencies, and key influencers as per the need.Capitalize on digital marketing to ensure it is an integral part of the demand creation mechanism.Lead the team to create and engage informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content that the business might leverage.Analyze market trends, evaluate & capture different pockets of growth.Lead & strengthen the development of company brand equity within all stakeholder's view. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: Minimum +7 years marketing management experience in a reputable organizationBusiness to business marketing experience is preferable.Proven successful track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns online and offline.In touch with Market trends and review/amend strategies accordingly in line with the evolving conditions.Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding long-term strategic mindset.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
