HR Manger

Rekrut is hiring for one of our Clients "GEOMATEX" an experienced HR Manger to join their dynamic team. As an HR Manger you will be responsible for:Designs and delivers OD and change management strategies, processes andinterventions that support the GEOMATEX ambition to be a high performingorganization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, wherevaluing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm. Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, andevaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs based on thebest practices. Maintains the work structure and workflow by updating job specifications and jobdescriptions for all positions. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewingprogram; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exitinterviews; and recommending changes. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation andtraining programs (on-boarding.)Qualifications: 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Excellent Communication Skills Analytical Skills.Location: Maadi.
