Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Fire Protection Engineer to design, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of fire protection systems across a range of construction and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in fire safety engineering, building codes, and regulatory compliance to ensure effective protection of life and property.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review fire protection systems, including detection, alarm, suppression, and smoke control.
Conduct fire safety evaluations, risk assessments, system testing, and code compliance reviews.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure fire safety requirements are met.
Support project teams during design, construction, and commissioning phases for fire protection compliance.
Liaise with fire departments and AHJs for approvals and inspections.
Research and apply new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance fire protection strategies.
Stay updated with NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local fire codes.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection engineering.
Strong knowledge of NFPA, international building/fire codes, and civil defense requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic/fire modeling tools (e.g., HASS, FDS).
PE, CFPS, or NICET certification preferred.
