Who we are:Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.Job Scope:As a Sales Executive specializing in heavy machinery rental (plant hire), you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive customer acquisition and relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our rental services, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing profitability within your assigned territory.Job Duties:Implement the strategic sales set plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Conduct site visits and assessments to understand clients' project requirements and recommend suitable equipment rental options.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and rental agreements to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on relevant system.Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Experience:Proven 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the heavy equipment rental industry.Other Requirements:Strong understanding of equipment types and applications.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Languages:Arabic : Good levelEnglish : Very Good Level
