We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can drive our sales efforts and contribute to our growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and assist in tailoring our media production services to meet those needs.Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs.Generate sales reports for management review.Design and edit sales proposals to align with client-specific requirements, utilizing graphic design skills as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Dubai, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.Must possess a valid driving license.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferable.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the media production and content creation industry is an advantage.Graphic design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software, is a plus, for designing and editing tailored proposals.Must be proactive, driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
