PWG Group is responsible for the provision of easy international migration services to Europe and Canada, from the point of contact and application process to the arrival.PWG has offices globally present in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Malta, Canada and Poland to assist the successful accomplishment of your new career and life to your desired destination from last 9 years in Business.We are for people!The RoleYour Responsibilities Will IncludeMeet or exceed the monthly sales targets by closing a minimum of three sales per month.Communicate and educate clients about our immigration services, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.Explain the features and benefits of our services to potential customersWork closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesPrepare and present tailored immigration solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.Collaborate with the team to gather and process the required documents and assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, regulations, and procedures for European countries to effectively advise clients.Attend regular sales training sessions and actively participate in team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of sales strategies.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 2 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the Consulting, Other Services and Hospitality industry.You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsWhat's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceJoin a market leader within HospitalityFlexible working optionsCompany shall provide Sales Leads
