Job Description: Senior Sales ExecutiveCompany Overview: Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality bathrooms, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchens. We prioritize customer satisfaction and innovation in delivering premium solutions. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with 6-7 years of experience to join our team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.Position: Senior Sales ExecutiveLocation: DubaiRole Overview:The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue generation, identify new business opportunities, and maintain client relationships within the bathroom, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchen industry.Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and lead generation.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.Gather client feedback to understand market demands and preferences.Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.Sales Support:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as needed.Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.Performance Reporting:Track sales activities and results using CRM software.Prepare regular sales reports for management review.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.6-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
