Job Description: Senior Sales ExecutiveCompany Overview: Our client is a leading supplier of construction/ building materials across the UAE. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with 6-7 years of experience to join our clients team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.Specialization: Sales of high-quality raw wood materials, veneers, and plywood products.Position: Senior Sales ExecutiveLocation: Abu DhabiRole Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue generation, identify new business opportunities, and maintain client relationships within the bathroom, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchen industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and lead generation. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors. Gather client feedback to understand market demands and preferences. Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.4. Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes. Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as needed. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.5. Performance Reporting: Track sales activities and results using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 6-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
