We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of sales strategies. The ideal candidate must have their own UAE freelance visa and demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure ethical and legal sales practices.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish Servoo.us as a leader in the market.Proactively gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, representing Servoo.us positively at all times.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Requirements:Must possess a valid UAE freelance visa.Proven sales experience in the UAE market, preferably in Sales & Marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid UAE Driving license is preferred (Optional).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Benefits:Competitive performance-based Net salary (AED5,000) and incentives of 05% to 10% per sale on monthly basis.Flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the company.Access to training and resources to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.Join our team at Servoo.us and become part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded.
