These solutions encompass well delivery & management, projects, engineering & construction, assessment & competency development, commissioning & start-up, operations, maintenance & asset integrity.With nearly 48,000 employees and a strong local presence, SPIE achieved a consolidated revenue of 8.09 billion euros and a consolidated EBITA of 511 million euros in 2022.Essential Job functions:Business Development & AdministrationCoordination of Operations together with Operations DepartmentCoordination with Recruiting & HR Department in selection of candidates/organization of interviews with the client/follow up of key employee.Financial follow up (Invoicing / payments / cost optimization)Business Responsibilities:General client management and development: regular client visits/follow up to maintain existing and develop new business, whilst assuring both client and employee satisfactionClient/market research / investigation in order to sustain/further develop business growth, both in traditional and new business areasPreparing or assist in preparing /delivering quality technical/commercial offers, with the objective of securing contracts with optimized profitability, analyse tenders and contribute to prepare and submit proposals to Clients.Negotiation of contracts up to final signature of clientsMonitor Client's enquiries, receipt of CV's and relevant information for candidates from Recruitment & HR Department, review, validation, and submission to Clients in due time.Provide updated status to Clients of our mobilized employees.Identify Key People and maintain a strong relationship with them.Contribute to the reporting to the Middle East & Central Asia Regional Head-offices.Operations Tasks:To arrange documents for preparation of the initial contract in relations with HR, logistics and to obtain from Clients and Employees all necessary documentations associated to mobilization, demobilization, contract amendment processes; coordinate the activity, if required.To be the focal point for all steps related to mobilization, demobilization, and contract amendments.Monitor Operations Dpt. for security passes, work permits & visas applications with PRO department in order to ensure the timeliness of the issuance of these documents.Liaise with Employees and Clients during the provision of the services for any support.Follow-up rotational leave entitlements of EmployeesMonitor Operations Dpt. for accommodation, transportation, and any logistics arrangements, including their optimization.Contribute to deploy our HSE management system by conducting with Operations Dpt. Employee's first Company HSE induction at their arrival including the presentation of SPIE and local organization.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
