Position Overview:
We are seeking multiple highly motivated, disciplined, and energetic SDRs to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, thrives on building connections with potential clients, and can consistently book discovery calls for our business development team. The ideal candidate will provide insights to improve processes over time and help foster a culture with a growing mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150 – 200+ outbound calls per day to targeted prospects.
- Use scripts and objection handling techniques to confidently communicate our value proposition.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team.
- Accurately track call outcomes and lead data.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging.
- Meet or exceed weekly call and appointment-setting quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilient and comfortable with high call volumes and rejection.
- Basic CRM usage experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English with clear, professional phone etiquette.
