We're on the hunt for a rockstar HR Intern to join our squad to learn and implement best in class HR practices. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, learning & development, culture and engagement activities, and other HR-related tasks. This internship will offer invaluable insights into the dynamics of HR within the thrilling and fast-paced landscape of sports retail.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment activities such as drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and reviewing resumes.Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to schedule appointments.Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions or workshops.Help maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support culture and engagement initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of employee events, activities, and programs.Duration: 6 MonthsQualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Confident and personable, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
