About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join the Human Resources department in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are
Assist colleagues with queries, requests, and employment discussions to increase job satisfaction and performance.
Serve as the primary contact for department colleagues, ensuring office coverage during business hours.
Prepare letters, contracts, certificates, and coordinate documents requiring internal signatures.
Ensure employee files are audit-worthy, maintain accurate stock levels of supplies, handle purchase orders, and support compliance and audit-related matters.
Drive and manage colleague engagement events, recognition schemes, and CSR initiatives, including the "Spirit of Jumeirah awards" and Colleague of the Month/Year programs.
Maintain regular communication with department heads, update colleague information sites, and coordinate monthly departmental meetings.
Execute corporate learning initiatives, manage online portals like Axonify, track learning hours, and generate reports.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and memorable experiences for new joiners and effective off-boarding procedures.
Support the HR team in managing employee relations and performance issues, participating in disciplinary meetings, and maintaining up-to-date disciplinary records.
Handle confidential matters, ensure compliance with health, hygiene, security, and safety regulations, adhere to HR service standards, and perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
High School Diploma or Higher Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Human Resources
Business studies and/or Business English qualifications
