Job Title: Sales Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads from our digital campaigns, generating new business opportunities, and managing a small team of interns. This role combines both online sales conversion and on-ground representation, making it perfect for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Customer Engagement
Respond promptly to customer inquiries from social media campaigns, messages, and ads.
Effectively present the product’s value and close sales (average ticket: EGP 250).
Maintain high conversion rates by building trust and rapport with customers.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Track and report daily/weekly sales performance.
Suggest pricing or promotion strategies to improve revenue.
Team Leadership
Supervise and train a small team of sales interns.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure consistent performance.
Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
Approach and follow up with potential customers proactively (online and offline).
Participate in events, activations, and on-ground campaigns as the company’s representative.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Sales Strategy & Creativity
Share fresh, innovative ideas to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and offers.
Provide feedback on customer needs, objections, and market trends.
Operations & Reporting
Maintain organized records of leads, conversions, and client interactions (CRM or reporting tools).
Provide insights and reports to management on a regular basis.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, finance or related field (preferred).
2+ years of proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable personality.
Willingness to participate in events and on-ground campaigns.
Familiarity with digital platforms and social media sales channels is a plus.
