Job Description
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect, showcasing how our software solves their problems and delivers tangible value.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, the competitive landscape, and current industry trends.
- Support RFI/RFP responses by monitoring Published RFIs/RFPs
- Develop the technical and solution sections for proposals, bids, and offers, collaborating with other departments on technical design.
- Collaborate closely with product, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Manage the proposal development process, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality, professional deliverables.
- Assist in pricing discussions by accurately scoping technical effort and resource requirements.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor solutions, and industry trends, providing valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have a solid grasp of information systems and how they're applied in enterprise environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal, Arabic and English), and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and document creation software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
- Preferred :
- Proven experience in writing, editing, and managing the creation of technical proposals and bids
- Familiar with the maritime industry.
