Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and develop strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best recruitment practices and market trends.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging process from application to onboarding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire, etc.) and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, talent sourcing methods, and ATS (applicant tracking systems).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of various job functions and industries.
- Professional certification (such as PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification) is a plus.
