Job Description
- Organization: Saudi German Academy
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities within the healthcare education and training sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, universities, medical associations, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Understand client needs and effectively present the Saudi German Academy's programs and solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with the Academy's strategic goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with the academic and marketing teams to develop new programs and promotional strategies.
- Represent the Academy at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
Job Requirements
- BC. Degree of any relevant discipline & preferred to be with Medical Background (Pharmacist, Vet., Science)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or medical device industry.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
