(UPVC & Aluminum) External Sales Representative – Window, Door, and Facade Systems

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our specialized team that provides integrated solutions for window, door, and facade systems (UPVC & Aluminum) within large real estate projects across Egypt.

Location: Cairo (New Administrative Capital – Sheikh Zayed) – Giza

Sector: B2B Sales for Real Estate Projects

Responsibilities:

Continuously seek sales opportunities in major real estate projects and expand the customer base.
Build strong relationships with construction companies, real estate developers, and engineering consultancy offices.
Prepare and present technical and financial proposals in coordination with the technical office team after pricing.
Monitor project stages from specification to execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality.
Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and provide technical support to clients.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in finishes, facades, or construction products.
Strong technical knowledge of UPVC systems, aluminum facades, glass, and handrails.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals.
Own a car.
Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets under pressure
