Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for foam product lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in coordination with management.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in foam or industrial materials.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
