Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our
sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven
track record of exceeding sales targets within the Egyptian real estate market. This role
requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-
building skills. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating strong
client relationships and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's properties, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, property management, and legal, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, market changes, and new developments in the Egyptian real estate sector.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights with the management team.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their development (if applicable).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales within the Egyptian market, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate market, including key areas, property types, and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Arabic and English. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
