Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our
sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven
track record of exceeding sales targets within the Egyptian real estate market. This role
requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-
building skills. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating strong
client relationships and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's properties, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, property management, and legal, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations, market changes, and new developments in the Egyptian real estate sector.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights with the management team.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their development (if applicable).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales within the Egyptian market, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate market, including key areas, property types, and customer segments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
