Job Description

  • Prospect active real estate brokers companies and facilitate the process of signing marketing contracts with these companies.
  • Visit real estate brokers' companies and establish relations with real estate agents in these companies.
  • Communicate with real estate brokers (regular visit / call / whatsapp groups ).
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements etc).
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Communicate with clients to determine the types of properties they are looking for.
  • Contributes to the strategic planning of the sales directions & marketing strategies.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the purchase or sale of properties.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence
