Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure follow-up discipline on all leads.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for B2C (individual dentists/doctors) and B2B (universities, corporates, healthcare providers).
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Assign and track leads, analyze conversion ratios, and optimize processes.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to sales executives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Handle escalations from high-value clients and close critical deals directly.
- Work closely with operations and finance to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in a sales administration or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative challenges.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
