Job Description

Responsible for Factory full Payroll and Personnel processes:
- Handle registration, removal, change of employees on HR system.
- Fulfil and support employees with the hiring & resignation processes.
- Follow up and control the regular appraisal forms in probation period annual contracts renewal.
- Control & improve the employees' filing system.
- Ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Maintain proper Communication with all Gov. Associations (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority, etc.)
- Ensure issuance of all Gov. monthly and periodical payments on time.
- Support employees in regular requests like HR letters, Job title change, National ID forms, etc.

- Responsible for full cycle of monthly payroll, retro-active payments, in & out of salary payments & incentives in compliance with tax rules.
- Handle and support employees' inquiries about their salary details.
- Issue regular reports and handle Tax reconciliation & Financial Audits.
- Support in other HR tasks as required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
- 3~6 years of proven experience in HR.
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent Computer skills & MS Office.
- Solid Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills, Strong customer service-oriented and Attention to details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
