Initial Core Responsibilities
International Marketing Support
- Manage email marketing campaigns, assist with website content and CRM tools
- Conduct outreach via email and phone to potential partners and clients
- Maintain professional communication with leads and suppliers
Product Sourcing
- Identify and build relationships with local agro product suppliers and farms
- Assist in negotiating prices, quantities, and terms
Logistics Coordination
- Arrange and follow up on shipments with international shipping companies
- Coordinate documentation, tracking, and schedules
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, purchasing, or logistics (preferably in wholesale or agro products)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Arabic or German language proficiency is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and international shipping processes
- High level of online availability and reliability during working hours
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
