Job Description

  • Proactively increase sales potentials by creating new deals with hotels and Travel agencies to open business with us.
  •  Maintain relationships with business partners (Hotels chains and Travel agencies)
  •  Make regular visits to clients and tourism agencies.
  •  Maintain good communication & relation with supplier’s sales teams
  •  Provide reporting intelligence to the business on sales performance.
  •   Analyze sales reports and provide sales updates on activities and opportunities.
  •  Working on the system by applying the rates updates, promotions, stop sales, etc…
  •  Reporting all the technical issues that faces the system users, hoteliers & partners.
  •  Follow-up the enhancement on the system
  •  Participation in meetings with (product, marketing, technical, financial, hotels support & call centre teams) to exchange the experiences and follow up hotel’s needs & customers feedback.
  •  Present information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner.
  •  Approaching hotels, and suppliers to make the travel deals with them.
  •  Transfer and clarify the user experience to the development team
  •  Represent the business at industry events.

Job Requirements

  •   3+ Years of experience in Travel Agent.
  •   Experience in hotels and sealing Package is a must.
  •   Excellent in spoken and written English & Arabic.
  •   Excellent knowledge of key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents\ Hotels\ Booking systems)
  •   Excellent Communication Skills.
  •   Time management.
