Job Description
- Proactively increase sales potentials by creating new deals with hotels and Travel agencies to open business with us.
- Maintain relationships with business partners (Hotels chains and Travel agencies)
- Make regular visits to clients and tourism agencies.
- Maintain good communication & relation with supplier’s sales teams
- Provide reporting intelligence to the business on sales performance.
- Analyze sales reports and provide sales updates on activities and opportunities.
- Working on the system by applying the rates updates, promotions, stop sales, etc…
- Reporting all the technical issues that faces the system users, hoteliers & partners.
- Follow-up the enhancement on the system
- Participation in meetings with (product, marketing, technical, financial, hotels support & call centre teams) to exchange the experiences and follow up hotel’s needs & customers feedback.
- Present information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner.
- Approaching hotels, and suppliers to make the travel deals with them.
- Transfer and clarify the user experience to the development team
- Represent the business at industry events.
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in Travel Agent.
- Experience in hotels and sealing Package is a must.
- Excellent in spoken and written English & Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge of key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents\ Hotels\ Booking systems)
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Time management.
