Job Description:

- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for development within teams or individuals.
- Oversee the creation of learning materials, courses, and workshops tailored to specific skills or organizational needs.
- Manage succession planning, ensuring a clear path for internal promotions and leadership development.
Job Requirements
Job qualification:
- Strong leadership skills to guide employees and teams through development opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively deliver training and interact with employees.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in L&D Field.
