Job Description

  1. Identify potential clients through multiple channels such as digital marketing campaigns, conferences, exhibitions, and referrals.
  2. Qualify and prioritize leads based on their readiness and needs.
  3. Enter lead data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective follow-up.
  4. Initiate first contact with leads to gather information and understand their software requirements.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with the approved sales plan.
  6. Build and maintain strategic relationships with government entities, major corporations, and consulting firms.
  7. Ensure the company’s software solutions are included in project specifications and tender documents.
  8. Follow up on projects from the specification phase through contract signing and implementation.
  9. Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to clients and decision-makers in collaboration with the technical team.
  10. Prepare and draft technical and financial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
  11. Use CRM tools to update and track client data and deal statuses.
  12. Provide accurate and timely sales performance reports and sales forecasts.
  13. Analyze competitors and market needs and propose strategic development plans.
  14. Support marketing and product development teams with market and customer feedback.
  15. Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their software needs and pain points.
  16. Negotiate prices, contract terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.
  17. Coordinate post-sale handover with implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  18. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
  19. Prepare periodic reports for management regarding sales pipeline, closed deals, and challenges encountered.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software sales or IT solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous sales experience or strong knowledge of IBM Solutions and Odoo ERP platforms is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software products, including IBM enterprise solutions and Odoo ERP modules.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Team player capable of coordinating across departments effectively.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
