Job Description

  • Plan for recruitment activities, through forecasting conversion rates for selection milestones, setting clear targets per process step and monitoring cycle metrics to take corrective actions as needed
  • Fulfill hiring needs for designated divisions through conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection cycles; performing job posting, administering assessments, conducting interviews, and facilitating technical selection whilst achieving high levels of validity and process efficiency
  • Liaise with Total Rewards during the offer preparation process through availing necessary documentation, and communicating financial offers details to selected candidates
  • Ensure the smooth closure of vacancies through completing offer acceptance paperwork and handing over new hires to Internal Communication for onboarding procedures’ initiation
  • Moderate internal hiring procedures, through consulting with hiring managers on the situation of internal talent pools, fulfilling relevant approvals, as well as conducting behavioral selection for internal candidates, and affecting change of status procedures in a prompt and smooth manner
  • Oversee talent acquisition activities at a branch level, ensuring that policy, practices, and standard operating procedures are followed and implemented by HR Officers, whilst acting as a subject matter expert in providing guidance, raising awareness, and conducting technical trainings that aim to up-skill the HR labor force on talent acquisition sciences and practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, at least 1 of which, is in Talent Acquisition
  • 1 year of experience in Talent Development operations is a plus
  • Understanding of Human Resources Management functions, principles, and dynamics
  • Proven experience in conducting full-cycle recruitment for white collars
  • Experience in conducting full-cycle recruitment for blue collars is a great plus
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (B1 – B2)
