Job Description
- Discuss the production plan with the factory manager to reach the optimal production plan that ensures meeting the targets and achieving the required quality levels in light of the available resources.
- Test different devices and equipment that may lead to high production costs.
- Supervise the performance of all workers in the production department by organizing the workflow to meet the required specifications and adhere to production and quality specifications.
- Monitor production, solve problems related to the production process, and supervise the identification of necessary resources such as manpower, raw materials, and all requirements of the production process.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to senior management, including the actual production compared to the planned production and the problems that may face the production process, with proposals for solving those problems.
- Supervise the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.
- Search for updates that can be applied to production lines and submit proposals to senior management regarding them (including proposals to reduce wastage or make technical modifications to production lines or...etc).
- Participate in the supplier evaluation process by submitting reports on supplies in terms of quality and proportionality with the production process.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Production Engineering.
- 20 years of experience in the engineering field.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Age:45-55
