Job Description

STC Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to help to build our organizational capacity and ensure we are creating an environment in which our staff can realize their full potential. To be successful in this role, the right candidate will bring knowledge and experience in providing People generalist support of the HR department, in addition, to assist in all HR functions as recruiting & on-boarding, personnel, training & development, performance appraisals, and compensation & benefits. HR Generalist role also includes updating and applying all HR policies and STC guidelines and making sure they adhere to organization standards and labor laws.

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. 
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. 
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Organize annual employee performance reviews. 
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees 
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. 
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. 
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and coordinate with our third-party the completion of all social insurance forms (1, 2 & 6). 
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans & Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries. 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation. 
  • Help organize training & development initiatives. 
  • In collaboration with the HR team, develop the HR Calendar and objectives for the year. 
  • Be actively involved in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment processes. by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or any business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable to handle employees’ requirements from different backgrounds.
  • Pro-active, Dynamic, & Flexible
  • Fluent in English.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Numerical Intelligence
  • Strong effective communicator in written work, business presentations, and in interpersonal communication both in Arabic and English.
