Budget & Expense Management: Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses effectively.
Event Management: Organize and manage the company’s participation in local events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Digital & Content Management: Oversee digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, website) and produce high-quality online content and publications.
Market Analysis & Performance Tracking: Analyze market trends, brand performance, and competitors; monitor digital efforts using analytics tools.
Quality Control & Reporting: Ensure quality across processes and personnel performance; design customized reports and handle additional assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
